Shipping & Installation
Pool Table Shipping and Installation Service
There are no hidden cost or junk fees when you purchase a Pool Table or any other product from us. we guarantee it!
- For customers in California, we will also install your pool table (at no additional cost)
* For customers outside of California, we offer an optional Nationwide Professional Pool Table installation Service.
- Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico customers, please e-mail us your zip code prior to purchase. Your shipping maybe Free (depending on your zip code) or at the worst case scenario, you will have to pay a small shipping fee. Also the transit time of your pool table will be approximately 15 business days.
- Crating your pool table and Scheduling with the Freight Company will take between 2-5 business days. The transit time of your pool table will be between 4-10 business days. For Southern California Residents, your table should arrive to you within 4-7 business days. For Northern and Central California Residents your table should arrive to you in approximately 7-15 business days. For Nevada, Arizona, and Oregon customers your table should arrive to you in approximately 10-15 business days. Believe it or not, some of our competitors will have you wait up to 3 months before they even ship your pool table (we don't do that!)
- Once your pool table is shipped, we will e-mail your tracking number. If your order is placed on back-order, we will notify you and we will ship item as soon as it is back in stock. Some custom items may take between 4-12 weeks to build. We do have most items in stock, there are only a few items that are actually built to order (when you order it, we build it). If you ordered several items to be delivered to the same address, we may send them to you in separate boxes to give you the speediest service. Rest assured, this will not affect your shipping charges.
- We do not guarantee shipping date, transit time, or arrival date. We can only give you an estimated shipping and arrival date. There are rare times where a shipment can be delayed due to circumstances that are out of our control.
- Due to our continuous product improvement, all models/products and specifications are subject to change without prior notice.
- We do not charge extra for a liftgate service. Some of our competitors charge a few hundred dollars extra for this service. This extra cost is not listed in their sale price, you only find out during checkout, "Surpise" (we don't do that!). Also, if you don't pay the the extra couple of hundred dollards your pool table will be delivered to you with no liftgate equip truck and you will have to unload your 800lbs. pool table from the from the truck yourself (with no help from the driver). You will then have to somehow get it into your home (again, by yourself). This is crazy and we will never do that to you. The Freight Company we ship with, only use trucks equipped with a liftgate. And we don't charge you for these service (no additional Cost to you). There are no hidden fees with us!
- Your Pool Table will be delivered to your garage or other external covered area on the ground level as accessible to a tractor trailer truck, backed up to your location by the delivery driver. If the delivery truck cannot be backed up to your location (or if you don't have a garage), your pool table will be delivered curbside. You may make "special arrangements" with us or the freight company to have your table delivered into your home or make special arrangement to have the freight company use a smaller truck. An additional fee will apply for "special arrangements" and we will charge your card on file.
- If you want the freight company to put your pool table upstairs or downstairs; or any other special arrangement (it's best to let us know in advance). Normally it's best to simply have your table placed in your garage area and then have your pool table installer take your table from your garage area and set-up your table where ever you want it.
-Your address should be accessible by typical common carriers. Additional fees may apply if address is in a remote area, inaccessible by freight carriers, or inside delivery (other than garage is required). By purchasing a product from us, you authorize CaliforniaTables.com to assess additional fees to your credit card as necessary according to the information described here on this page. Please inspect all packages upon arrival and note any imperfections on the freight bill and have the driver sign it. Everything is fully insured and we will replace any damages noted at the time of delivery. Insurance claim will be file with freight company and any damage item will be replace when freight company funds claim. Also, during inspection confirm your order is correct. If you need to exchange an incorrect item, you must ship item back to us (at your expensive) and we will ship replacement item to you (at our expensive). We've shipped with this transportation company for many years and we've never had any issues. Delivery/installation does not include disposal of packaging. Extenuating circumstances such as, but not limited to, difficult delivery access may incur additional shipping or installation charges, even during the duration of a promotion where shipping or installation is included for free. This includes extraordinary mileage requirements, which may necessitate additional fees to the installer. It also includes limited access to the delivery location by tractor trailer, multiple sets of stairs or narrow and sharp turning hallways that limit access.
- Also, if you are unable to accept your table in a timely manner, let us know because the freight company will charge you a storage fee. We are not responsible for storage fees (customer is responsible for any storage fees been charged by the transportation company). So, if you're going to be on vacation or something, let us know (prior to shipping). We do offer "delayed shipping" and this may work better for you. Delayed Shipping is when our customer pay for their order (to eiter take advantage of the sales price or to ensure we have their specific table in stock). Customer them have us ship their table on any date of their choice (no time limit).
- Dispute Resolution
We will do our best to resolve any problems or issues that you may have with us, our product, or our services in a satisfactory manner. Although everything we ship is fully insured, we may still require pictures of products that have possibly been damaged. If, however, we are unable to reach a mutually satisfactory resolution, any claim or controversy between us, or arising in any way out of the use or operation of the Site or other services, or any information, services, products, and materials contained in the Site or available through our other services, shall be resolved by binding arbitration before a single arbitrator of the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in Los Angeles, California, under the rules and procedures of the AAA. Any such dispute or controversy shall be arbitrated on an individual basis, and shall not be consolidated in any arbitration with any claim or controversy of any other party. The arbitrator shall have authority to resolve all matters in dispute between us (subject to the legal disclaimer and liability limitations set forth above), including the applicability, scope and binding effect of this arbitration agreement, and to award arbitration costs and expenses to the prevailing party as determined by the arbitrator. Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may pursue preliminary or injunctive remedies in an appropriate state or federal court sitting in Los Angeles, California pending the decision of the arbitrator, without waiving the right or affecting the obligation to arbitrate hereunder.
- Other Terms
The Site is operated and provided in the State of California. As a result, these Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of California, without giving effect to any choice of law rules. The exclusive jurisdiction and venue af any action related to these Terms of Sale will be the state and federal courts in Los Angeles County, California, and you submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to venue there based upon inconvenient forum or otherwise. We make no representation that the Site or other services are appropriate, legal or available for use in other locations. You are in the best position to know whether your use of the Site or other services may be prohibited or restricted by local laws in your location, and therefore are responsible for compliance with any such laws. These Terms of Service, together with the Terms of Sale, the Lifetime Warranty, the Privacy Policy, and any written agreement between you and CaliforniaTables.com concerning your participation as a Member or in any program or service offered by CaliforniaTables.com, constitute the entire agreement and understanding between us regarding the subject matter hereof, and may only be modified as provided above. If any provision of these Terms of Service shall be unlawful, void or unenforceable for any reason, the other provisions (and any partially unenforceable provision) shall not be affected thereby and shall remain valid and enforceable to the maximum permissible extent. You agree that these Terms of Service and any other agreements referenced herein may be assigned by CaliforniaTables.com, in its sole discretion, to a third party in the event of a merger or acquisition. These Terms of Service shall apply in addition to, and shall not be superseded by, any other written agreement between us relating to your participation as a CaliforniaTables.com Member or participation in any other program or service offered by CaliforniaTables.com. You agree that by accepting these Terms of Service, you are consenting to the use and disclosure of your personally identifiable information and other practices described in our Privacy Policy.
- For our Southern California customers, our installer will deliver your pool table directly to your home. He will then install it for you. The entire process from the time we receive your payment to having your pool table installed is only about 2-5 business days. Northern California customer time fram is slighter more.
* If you paid for our optional nationwide professional Pool Table Installation Service, please notify us when your pool table arrives. We will then send out an installer to you in approximately 48 hours (depends on installer schedule, but normally it's about 48 hours). Please keep in mind that your pool table installer will be moving a very large, heavy piece of furniture into your home. If there are any prohibitive stairways, narrow hallways or other special delivery considerations, contact us at your earliest convenience so we can make arrangements to handle your situation. In certain circumstances, additional charges may apply (i.e. extraordinary mileage to remote areas and/or multiple sets of stairs or narrow and sharp turning hallways that limit access). Delivery and installation services do not include removal or disposal of the crate or packaging.
-We do not install accessories or any other game table. We only install pool tables.
